Kapitol Promotions is delighted to announce that the Sections 1-4 National Finals 2026 will take place in York Barbican for the first time!

York Barbican is the largest music and arts venue in York, hosting some of the biggest touring acts in the country such as The Specials, Suede, Manic Street Preachers, Little Mix and the UK Snooker Championships. The venue offers a diverse programme of world-class events, including comedy, a range of live bands, sports, family shows and community events.

Competition Schedule
The weekend schedule will be announced on Tuesday 7 April, in conjunction with invitations being emailed directly to all qualified bands.
Venue Facilities
York Barbican is the largest entertainment venue in the area, attracting major touring concerts, comedy, sporting shows and corporate events. More information will be available soon.
Qualifiers
The bands which have qualified for the Sections 1-4 National Finals from their respective Regional Championships will be announced on Tuesday 7 April, and shown here when confirmed.
Event Tickets
Exclusive all-day wristbands will only be available to purchase at the venue on the day. Upon arrival, please make your way to the Box Office in the Main Foyer, where Kapitol Promotions staff will be able to assist you further.
